I just discovered Mama's Fire Tibetan Hot Sauce. It is made from all natural ingredients in very small batches in Oregon. So many hot sauces or hot oils are not from companies with business practices or natural ingredients that I would want to support. But this stuff comes from just one source and is a super find.
